I had right foot bunion surgery in March 2025. My experience was wonderful. Foremost Podiatry, Dr. Thomson and his staff are amazing, professional and all of the people I’ve interacted with were friendly and so easy to work with. Getting appointments, questions answered and office visits were a breeze. The Grand River Surgical Center was the same. I’m so satisfied that I’ve already scheduled my left foot for Dec 2025. I want to say my experience with Dr Mike over the past year while healing from my wound was great. I always looked forward to my brief time at my appointments chatting with Dr Mike. My wound has healed and I'm feeling great.
Dr Loveland is incredible. I was seeing an orthopedist for my fractured ankle; it wasn't healing, and he wasn't paying attention, so I asked a couple friends who are operating room nurses who they would recommend. They said I should go to Foremost. They said all the doctors there are fantastic, and Dr. Loveland would be their first choice given the nature of my injury.
From the first time I met Dr. Loveland, I knew I was in great hands with her. She ended up doing a surgical repair of my ankle. Not only did she do a phenomenal job on the surgery, she also was closely involved and attentive with my healing and rehab after the surgery.
The staff there is also amazing - they are always friendly and helpful, and the longest I ever waited in the waiting room was maybe 5 minutes.

Love this office! From the docs to the Medical Assistants to the front Staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly.
All the docs take their time and explain everything. You don’t feel hurried and like just another patient. The MA’s are top notch and know podiatry.
A special thank you to all of you for your kindness and professionalism.
Dr Rayman has done 2 surgeries on my husband’s foot that have turned out very well. He continues to follow us with great care and counsel.
As a retired nurse I know what a well functioning office should look like and this one is it. I highly recommend this team of quality professionals!

I cannot begin to explain ho happy I am with the care that my mom and myself have received from this practice. My mom fell down the stairs a couple weeks ago and broke her foot. She called the practice on a Monday and was able to get right in. She ended up forming a blood clot due to her health history. Dr. Toney and his staff have taken the utmost care of her in her time of need, from scheduling tests to scheduling appointments. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a great podiatrist.

Painful but I know I'm in good hands I love how understanding Dr. Toney is and he made sure to fix all the problems in my ankle.... Most doctors do what they can and get it over with... I felt comfortable he explained everything (even though mri was off a little) but he made sure to fix everything in one surgery I appreciate it... Can't find many Doctors that care about their patients but Dr. Toney does and I thank you PS...You're the best I'm happy Dr. Branch referred me to you.... You're amazing....

I had surgery by Dr. Thomson a few years ago on my ankle. I couldn't jump or run due to the pain. Dr. Thomson fixed my ankle and I am still enjoying my ability to play sports.

Ever since I've been seeing to Dr. Thomson , it's been great . He's very personable We have some things in common. One is the love of fishing. We tell each other all about our Big Fish that got away. He's a very enjoyable Young Man.

Dr. Thomson is very personable and very thorough. He was gentle in examining my swollen and painful left foot. He had X-rays taken and addressed all four issues with the foot. He even checked my sandals and recommended I buy new ones for firmer support.
